In the spring of 1980 the Syracuse, NY community sponsored a 'Women in the Arts Festival'. 'Women at Light Work/Community Darkrooms 1973-80' was an exhibition of photographs from the Light Work Collection shown in conjunction with this event. All of the photographers had some relationship with Light Work/Community Darkrooms, either as artists-in-residence, exhibitors, workshop leaders, staff or darkroom members. Gail DeLoach contributed this photograph to Light Work as a member of Community Darkrooms.
